This is the place to send it, but I believe it's better to put it in
Bugzilla: http://bugzilla.xfree86.org (so it won't be forgotten). 

You may also wish to get in touch with xkb-config project at
<[email protected]> (it's part of FreeDesktop.org project), but I
suspect it's not necessary since Ivan is a member of both ;-)
