Only 10 days later and another new version! Version 2.8 fixes two bugs in the Boyer-Moore routine, a serious bug in the composition data file that left out several characters, and a few other minor changes were made. For the nosy, yes, the new data file utf8type.dat is the equivalent of ctype.dat only for UTF-8 encoded characters. The lookup routines are in ucdata.c, I just haven't advertised them in the API docs yet. Get it fresh off the presses: http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/ucdata-2.8.tar.bz2 http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/ucdata-2.8.tar.gz http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/ucdata28.zip FYI, the .zip file has 8.3 names and EOL set to CRLF. For those of you hearing about this for the first time, more detail available at http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/ucdata.html. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mark Leisher Computing Research Lab All political parties die at last of New Mexico State University swallowing their own lies.
