How to test my hw driver for XFree86

I m a newbie in XFree86. Now I need to maintain one hw driver for 
XFree86.But how to make a through,full feature test on display driver like 
MS DCT test. Does XFree86 core team has such plan to support such Testing 
Toolkits?
