I stopped trying to get my DVD-to-Go care working. The margi_cs kernel
module broke with a "couldn't allocate enough memory" error. Since I'm not a
kernel hacker, I didn't even attempt to try and track that one down. It's a
shame too, because I just got my LOTR DVD and was really wanting to watch it.

Use gentoo? One of the more recent ebuilds added support for ZV.
