Hi,

Precisely the fact that there is not much difference between
the  columns II and III makes me think that the tv out
is rather simple to achieve. After all, if your chip has this
feature, as the manifacturer you would want to turn it on and off
just like a switch.

Maybe I am being naive but still optimistic..
