Well... yes. The guy was lost, but quite how he had ended up here is beyond 
anyone's guess. Dell, being a huge company, has a web presence in many, many 
languages/countries. Just typing www.dell.<your country's domain suffix> is 
likely to get you to the right place, then it should be plain sailing.

While it's wrong to blast these guys off the face of the earth for asking a 
simple question, it's also unhelpful to suggest that they change their 
operating system to one which we could provide a driver for. Unfortunately, 
humour is one of those things which often doesn't translate well.
