(I may be misunderstanding what XDCCC > does.) Sorry, I was not clear -- I intended to say that I mean to use only the linear correction portion of the XDCCC, not the RGB<->XYZ conversion matrices. For gamma correction, there's no need to switch color spaces. So, the extension would be able to operate in either voltage RGB space (what X calls RGB) or linear intensity RGB (what X calls RGBi).
