do you know how to solve radeon 7500 rendering problem

Brian,
I came across your thread that discussed the problem
you had with the ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 card.  I
have basically the same configuration as you (Presario
2800, 512 ddr RAM, etc...) and also tried installing
RH 7.3 under the impression that it uses xfree
4.2.0(?) and would therefore be compatible with the
ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 card.  Instead, I encountered
problems similar to what you described - broken lines,
text (essentially unusable).  I was wondering if you
ever found out how to solve this problem, and what I
can do to configure my system properly...Any help
would be much appreciated.
