Actually we need more than this.
I am seeing a lot of silly bugs in the current source and have a lot of
ideas for improvements (like a TrueType-->PS Type1 converter (that code
already exists - but we have to fix some PS DDX bugs first to make it
useable within the tree (see below - we need a CVS and a BugZilla first
to get the bugs under control and track what we are doing)) which would
allow Xprt to download TrueType fonts to PostScript printers (I am not
talking about the GhostScript Type42 stuff, I mean Adobe
PostScript-conformant PS Type1 fonts which works with real-world
hardware and does not require GhostScript), a PDF DDX and much more
things...).
All this is easy work and could be "done" quite fast...

... and there may be the chance that we get a lot of fixes,
model-configs and PMF fonts from "someone" later this year...

... what we really need _urgendly_ is a central place and some services
for coordination or we will drown sooner or later in all the stuff we
get or produce ourselves...

Wishlist:
- BugZilla (to store bugs, discuss them, attach test cases and patches)
- CVS (we can't use Xfree86's CVS because their tree is far more
compliciated, I suggest to fix Xprint based on the X11R6.6 tree and then
port the fixes to the vendor-specific trees (Solaris/Xfree86/AIX) in a
2nd step)
