[PATCH 0/6] Introducing options for moving around windows

Introducing two new options for moving windows around.

First one is an option for alternative way of moving window using
half-maximize feature in a way, that one can find more natural/convenient.

Second enables possibility of moving mouse pointer during (half) maximize
window keeping it at window centre.

Exhaustive description of new features was added to NEWS file.
