Icon in the window attributes is not visible until the Reload button is pressed

Hi everyone

I have noticed another incorrect behavior which could be considered
as a bug.

- open window attributes window -> select "Icon and Initial Workspace" 
- area which should contain either client supplied icon or custom
  icon file name is not visible until the "Reload" button is pressed.


I am sending thins such as this to this mailing list so that they get
at least noted somewhere because I am not sure if this is known problem
or not.
In any case since the pressing the "Reload" button makes the icon
visible it is probably not too difficult to find the function responsible
for redrawing the icon and call it during the window opening.
