The timestamps are for the "git snapshot" versions of these dockapps.
 No one's gone in and updated the changelog, what prints when you run
"wmfoo --version", requested a git tag , etc., for an official release
yet.  But yet some users or package maintainers might be interested in
the latest updates.

Note that the version numbers are generated by the update-dockapps.pl
script in the dockapps repository.  It looks at the most recent commit
touching each dockapp.  If the commit coincides with a git tag, then a
normal version number is used, otherwise a timestamp is appended.

For many of these (in particular those for which I'm the Debian
maintainer), I'll be updating with nice round version numbers in the
near future (after the new libdockapp is accepted in Debian).
