Why not 0.91 form DAG (both work fine, 0.91 has anti-aliasing and
some other nice features though...)?

You need to create a ~/.xinitrc file, I have this in mine (this also
launches the screensaver and ssh-agent):

  xscreensaver &
  exec ssh-agent sh -c 'ssh-add < /dev/null & RunWM --WindowMaker'

Just use this if you don't need ssh-agent or a screensaver:

  exec RunWM --WindowMaker

This uses /usr/X11R6/bin/RunWM to launch windowmaker.
