I have used all of these and xfe is the best. THis post reminded me that I had not updated in a while, so I went to the xfe page and found version 0.8, which requires the fox 1.4.x generation, and I found on the fox page 1.4.12, and when I built RPMS for that, it created packages for fox, fox-devel, and some fox applications, a nice calculator, shutterbug, and a file manager thing called PathFinder. I had never noticed applications build before when compiling fox, but I can't swear they weren't there before. PathFinder is pretty darned good. Not as much fun as xfe, but faster! THe main weakness I see is that the drag and drop is not sensitive to the hovering of the mouse. Otherwise, nice. pj Luke Albers wrote: > I use xfe, its worth checking out as well > > > On Mon, 2005-04-18 at 23:20 +0200, Alberto Gimnez wrote: > >> Hi, I don't know if it's the proper place to ask, but what about >> FSViewer development?
