How to start apps in given workspace?

Hi Is there any way to instruct wmaker (while starting for example firefox from a shell) to open new window in different workspace? Something like $ wmexec --workspace 3 firefox I don't like to bound firefox to that workspace forever, just a one-shot command... Also "save session" doesn't seems to work with workspaces - all windows are opened in one workspace, no matter where they initially were. Any ideas?
