I've looked at the output of './configure --help', as well as the contents of
'configure' itself; there is nothing about drag-and-drop. But I know
drag-and-drop is being enabled. In fact, as I work right now, drag-and-drop
is functioning as it should. The problem is, it only starts working randomly,
or after a certain amount of time. When I first start wmaker, it definitely
does not work... then after an hour it may work, or two hours, or 24... it's
very intermittent and I can't figure out what is causing it.
