For instance, my main usage of wmaker's DND-support is to allow the user to drag a file object from the ROX filer (which is a GTK-2.x application) to one of the application icons on the Window Maker dock or clip. Anyway, if I somehow get the old Offix DND support to work, then would I need to patch the ROX filer to use the Offix protocol as well? Or would I need to patch the X server?
