window manager type hints question

Hello.
I am trying to implement a toolbar of sorts inside a kiosk, using mozilla
and windowmaker.
I am using the autohide extension for mozilla (

prefference, whom in window maker makes it so mozilla's fullscreen wont

Yet in other desktops, like gnome, it covers the panels (which I expected it
wouldn't)

Anybody knows if it is some window type hint what makes it behave so? I am
looking dor that behaviour in an app.
