I know, but I'd like to avoid restarting WindowMaker. Ideally, I would set up
a script to periodically save the configuration every few minutes or so. If
the Window Manager restarted itself while I was working, I would be unhappy.
But if it saved a configuration file to disk while I was working, I would not
