KDE-wm menu & transparency

Is there an easy way to convert KDE's application menu into a Windowmaker menu?  I use Fedora, and pretty much everything I install updates KDE's menus, and I'd like to be able to keep them in sync.
 
Also, is transparency supported on menus and/or the dock?
