specific behavior for one window/session of aterm

Hi all

How i can set specific behavior for one window/session of aterm? I want
to set this window/session of aterm keep at bottom and without any
window decorations (for instant messaging ncurses based program),
without reaction in window shortcuts (window cycling etc.). And also i
have normally working rest of aterm sessions.
