Window placement with Xinerama

Hello;

Using 0.91.0 on Linux...

Has there been anything I may have missed that controls what screen a window opens 
on? I'd like to have windows open based on the location of the cursor. E.g. cursor
on monitor 1 opens the window on monitor 1...

Or is this something that windowmaker doesn't do yet?!
