Hi Jaxx Eric, and other new writers/reviews, 

 Apparently our process is not as clear as we thought since you and a few others are having problems.  All our business is conducted here on the yahoo group.  In order for a review to be seen by me, (the Edit Queue manger) it has to be posted to the yahoo group (after Ray has mentored you and given yo the all clear to post).  Once your OR has been posted here, and an HTML version placed in the BGT Test Folder, it will be added to the Edit Queue, an Editor will then pick up, generally in less than a 10 days. At that point the writer will receive an official Edit and subsequent Approval.  From there it can be uploaded to the main BGT site and writers who are still hanging with us can submit their 2nd OR.  
 

 I'm sorry things weren't as clear as maybe they could be.  I will start a discussion with the Edit team and see if we can find a way to make this more clear to the new folks.
