I also own the Ahnu Coburn boots. They fit very well, are incredibly comfortable and breathe well. I wear them almost daily for just about any activity (hiking, walking, winter biking) and though I find them quite comfortable, keep an eye on the ankle. The seam running from the sole of the boot up the back of the ankle on both of my boots has begun to pull apart. It is a poor place to have a fabric seam on a boot that has primarily a leather upper. I was a little surprised the seam came apart because they are a perfect fit.

I've only owned these boots since August 2014 (7 months) and this is my one primary complaint. The other would be Ahnu's customer service. I have emailed Ahnu about this and gotten no response whatsoever. For a boot that has a 1 year manufacturer warrantee, I would have expected better service. Each time I call their customer service line, I am placed on hold for 30-45 minutes and eventually give up on waiting.

They really are a great boot, and if I can't get them replaced, I'm not sure how I will go about repairing the seam on the ankle. Any ideas?
