Attn: Art RE: Edit process

Hi Art, 

 You are exactly right.  Ray is a mentor for all the new folks.  He helps get you guys on track and then once he gives you the "all clear" and after you have posted your newly revised OR to the yahoo group, it will be picked up by an editor and given an official edit.  Once that's approved they'll give you a link to the BGT site where the report will live and you can post OR #2.
