 I think that you are on the right track. You posted the plain text to the correct list and the text does indicate that Ray has put you through the basics. What happens now is that a BGT editor will pick up your review for edit and post the edits to this list. After revising, you'll repost the Owner Review for the editor's comments. 
 

 At some point in this editing process you'll need to post the HTML version of your Review, with photographs, to the Tests/Owner Reviews folder on backpackgeartest.org. To do this you'll need to join the website as you must log in to access this folder. But wait a bit for your first round of edits before uploading the HTML to the website.
