Considerable progress here. One more go-round and you'll be ready to upload. My edits below are in standard BGT format:

EDIT (all caps) – required change
Edit (initial cap) – suggested change or request for clarification
Comment – just that, no change required

After revising you need to do two things. Post the html version of the Report in the Tests/Owner Reviews folder on BackpackGearTest.org, and post the plain text version here, with "Repost," the product name, and your name in the subject line, and with a tinyurl link to the html version in the body of your message.

 Cheers, Richard

###Asolo Fugitive GTX Boot [Title] ###
EDIT: Under the product name add "Owner Review by Matthew Wilson" and (on the next line) the date.

 ### MSRP: USD $236.00 (converted) ###
EDIT: You need to state what's on the manufacturer's website, in this case €228.72. Who knows what the Euro will be worth when someone reads your Review.

 ### Listed Weight (based on size 8 (US)): 1.5 lbs ###
EDIT: 24 oz [[You use ounces for the measured weight; be consistent here.]

 ### The Asolo Fugitive GTX boot is a fabric and suede leather medium duty boot with a Gore-Tex lining. ###
EDIT: GORE-TEX [All trademarks must be exactly what the owner uses, here soldid caps.]

 ### The Fugitive is a well-stitched, full height boot with a soft, spongy ankle cuff that has a silky-spandex texture ###
 EDIT: Spandex [same]

 ### The boot has a solid build with good protective coverage around areas of high wear, including a tough, rubber toe cap ###
 Edit: The comma is unnecessary.

 ### I have worn this boot on overnight trips up four 14,000 ft (4,267 m) mountains in Colorado ###
EDIT: The Imperial is rounded, so the metric should be as well. Say 4300 m.

 ### at a cooler 12,000 ft (3,658 m) and steeper ###
 EDIT: Same. - 3650 m

 ### On most hikes I wear a thin merino wool sock liner under a light weight or mid-weight merino wool blend hiking sock.###
 Edit: lightweight [one word]

 ### I have also spent a significant amount of time hiking areas of the Pemigewasset Wilderness and the Adirondacks. ###
EDIT: Need a state [New Hampshire] for the Pemigewasset. Not every reader will know where it is.

 ### I have experienced this a couple of times on trips in the Mount Washington area ###

EDIT: Mount Washington area, New Hampshire [same]
