@Ken  I am in Canada and to receive that spray would be $18 in S&H! I have sent to them an email asking if they sell it somewhere in Canada. We will see what they say. I will be in the US in a few weeks so maybe then I can buy it. Which places sell it? 
Regarding Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap: Do you mean that just everyday use of it when taking shower etc is good enough or you do something different?

@Michael   If soybean constitutes 30% of the mixture then does it mean that you use 35% pennyroyal oil and 35% citronella oil? Where do you buy soybean oil?

@Jon and Jim  I read the permethrin is quite effective but it is along the lines of DEET. I try to live chemical free.
