If your poles are long enough, then it's just a matter of using several wraps of duct tape around each pole at the corresponding required heights.  The duct tape is just thick enough to keep the wrapped line (I use a clove hitch, I think) from sliding down.  I have successfully set up my SpinnTwinn with my BD Ultradistance poles.
