Cara Lin,
I find that the little Nalgeene branded bottles work for oils. I generally carry two 4oz bottles, one for parified butter(for "pigs": cocoa mix, cinnamon, a little butter on a wrap tightly rolled) and one for olive oil or cooking oil.
Tighten the cap and squeeze fairly hard before you buy them. If they don't hold air, they will NOT hold oil.	Alternatively, I have used small "sample" bottles of Listerine or empty hand cleanser bottles.

Coconut oil can be difficult, but I put it in my pants pocket for a few minutes as I set up camp. It sort of gets soft and squeezes out pretty well. (I don't really care for the flavor compared with Olive oil, though.) It has a tendency to make foods and the pot a bit greasy, also.
	My thoughts only . . .
