The soak-in product (aka military grade) is identical to the spray-on
product, judging from the ingredients list on the two "different" grades.
The soak-in grade comes with a big plastic bag in which to soak and
instructions. If you want to use the spray-on to soak, get a big bag and
follow the instructions on the attached file. I tend to use the soak-in
method, but have no particular reason to believe it is better. Don't rinse
afterward. Just let it dry out. It's OK to wash (after the initial dry) but
not needed.
