     Apply the 3M reflective tape that many cyclists use to reflectorize
their bicycles, to the fingers of any pair of gloves.  Some E6000 adhesive
from Tap Plastics will help glue the tape down if it starts to peel on the
edges.
     You can also paint up gloves and other fabrics with Europium based
dayglo paint from United Nuclear.  This is the brightest, longest lasting,
non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint known that you can legally buy.
