> A shuttle driver who was at the station observed a male walk up to the bicycle racks of the station with a pair of bolt cutters and take two bicycles.  The male was seen getting out of a black SUV that was parked behind the catering truck and being driven by a female.  Officers responded to the scene but were unable to locate the male or the SUV.  At the time of this posting there are no known victims.  1207-4534 L14
