Zach, I agree with you. I had a delivery truck driver take issue with me this past week on westbound Encinal when I took the lane, slowing him down for about half a block. H just looked down at me derisively from his truck can and said, "Wow..." (No respect for his elders, that's for sure.) I did not have tome to stop and engage him when he turned into the Chestnut/Encinal market or I would have. I still take the lane, of course, even if people do not know or understand their vehicle codes...
