Re: [Ebbc-Talk] Phoenix destroys part of its history for a parking lot

Some proposed parking lots in the Uptown neighborhood of Oakland (20th and Telegraph?) have been rejected in favor of small parks.  Joyce Roy of the Sierra Club played a important role in stopping some of them.
