Think this, from a local neighborhood group, pertains to the bike route on Webster between 40th and MacArthur in Oakland. *"someone posted flyers saying on Friday evening, he was mugged---- this time the victim said as he was riding his bike down Webster, another cyclist rode by him, cut him off, and then had 2 other people on foot who took his bike and mugged him.
