[Ebbc-Talk] Bike thieves caught with Jenny Oh Hatfield's help

EBBC director Jenny Oh Hatfield was in the news a few days ago, helping 
to catch bicycle thieves, though in the South Bay.

I had 2 bikes stolen in the South Bay, back when I deliver the Mercury 
News, a few decades ago. It is good to see that Jenny's work on bicycle 
thefts paid off. Though the stolen bicycle wasn't recovered, the thieves 
were caught.
