Try doing passwordless cert/keys. You could have a cronjob that 
generates the cert, sticks it in the user directory and delivers the 
private cert to you somehow on that machine. Once you are outside of the 
normal window that you work, have another cronjob blow away the cert you 
were using for the day. Or sooner, however long you wish the cert to 
valid for.
