The word "engaging" is on my mind a lot lately, probably because I'm reading it on every page of Peter Block's Flawless Consulting Fieldbook. And the theme of "making contact" is on my mind, too, partly because Wayne Strider is here, and that's a phrase I strongly associate with Wayne (based on some coaching he's done for me over the years).
