As I have pointed out to other groups more than once, just because we
are change agents or change managers does not mean we oursleves are
immune to the dynamics of change. I always get a kick out of watching
the surprise with which the changers realize they are also changees!
LOL (The movie "Pleasantville" is a nice object lesson in this
regard. Talk about resistance!)

Thank you. We are a mutual admiration society of two. I enjoyed
reading about your culture clashes too. I hope you are no longer
taking personal responsibility for changing whole organizations. :-)
I admire your courage, and wish you somewhat less daunting
challenges.
