First, Do No Harm paper

On the XP list the other day, Kent Beck linked to this paper (pdf)

organizations. I thought it'd be an interesting read in light of
resistance -- my hope was to read it first then post about it here, but I
haven't had the time to do so, so I thought I'd throw it out here in case it
fueled some who did have the time to read it.
