Forster on (internal) resistance

Author and consultant Mark Forster also writes a lot on internal 
resistance, in fact advises to schedule one's day by the question 
"What am I resisting ?"

Forster has joined the blog conversation, and posted a number of 
entries on sleep, cathedrals, holidays, goals, overlearning and a lot
