Just wanted to mention... I have to be very careful of what I say, and make sure the ENTIRE sentence is heard. Example: manager complains about stuff breaking when someone did some "refactoring". I say that refactoring is not supposed to change the behavior - you have to have tests as a safety net: Refactoring without tests is dangerous.
