Talk about niche-ing your business! What a good idea to carve out a
piece of change management. I'm glad you're having success with it. 

Have you looked at the appreciative inquiry model of resistance as an
expression of valuing something in the status quo that one is
concerned will be lost in the change? I wish I had a reference for
it. I've picked it up over several years on the AI listserv.

I would be cavalier about this, except that I've seen it happen
elsewhere.

I think changing the name is a good idea; however, I don't feel
strongly about it and will be happy to go along with the group
majority.  resistance-r-us?  :-D  valuing-resistance?

PS I haven't written much so far, because I've been trying to catch
up on some of the back threads and have been dealing with a few
distractions like work and getting ready for a conference. But I hope
to be more of a contributor in future.
