Well, got the my high beams working again. Replaced the switch because I do not get a full 'click' wen I pull on the wand. May be the strength of the spring inside. Will tinker some more, but I feel whole again for a while. Just had an rude awakening; got up early today, still quite dark outside, started my 1982 caddy and took off. About a mile down the highway, decided to see if bright lights would aid me seeing thru some low foggy spots......Pulled the bright light wand upward and BOOM! was surrounded by total darkness and no Bright LED on. Pulled the wand again and dim lights were restored.
