Hi Ralph,
I'd do as Loren suggests, and use the AAZ to crank the injectors. This is both convenient, and also reduces errors introduced by different pump. If spray patterns all 
similar, then try increasing fueling. Is this a genuine AAZ pump, with the pretend aneroid boost? If so substitute the diaphragm and pin from the 1.6. That will reduce the 
limiting to extra fuel when you want it.

If injectors faulty, then the 1.6 nozzles will work.

New complete kolbenschmidt head, possibly bottle feed my 1.6 pump and
manually turn to test the spray pattern similar to a bench test that way?
Are the 1.6 na injectors the same as 1.9 AAZ? I'm out in the sticks
probably can't get injectors today and have just enough $$$ for the trip.
