Re: Valvetrain advice

Hi Bud, the block is slightly taller but other than that it is
superficially almost identical to the other pre-tdi vw diesels. no problems
in the caddy. By the numbers, the milage is slightly lower than the 1.6 but
i believe it's pretty darn close if you keep your foot out of it, and yeah,
the power that's there when you need it feels more like an american car. i
dont have any data on the actual difference in economy as my 1.6 was
running poorly enough that i saw an improvement when i made the switch.
