Serbia does it too!

Fox News Channel has just showed video of a ceremony today in Belgrade 
in which the Serbia and Montenegro flag was lowered for the last time 
and the Serbian flag was raised in its place.  They said that the 
Serbian Parliament had voted yesterday to officially dissolve the 
federation in light of the departure of Montenegro.

This brings them more in tune with the Czechoslovakia dissolution model.
