After you have screened all the world's tripoints from the air you might
think of digging holes underneath each tripoint, so that we may enjoy views
from below as well.

the apparently authoritative tripoint position has
  been identified by mile milenkoski
our sometime resident macedonian border pro
as being the old alyu marker d24
perhaps as shown indistinctly here as no24 in grid
  square 38x66
  http://sunsite.berkeley.edu:8085/albania/50k/11-34-78-1.jpg
clustereing with the 2095m peak name in cyrillic
  keudya eh preftet
  & the sherupa guard post

but i am not sure whether d24 means literally &
precisely at this slightly offpeak demarcation point
  numbered 24
or precisely at the nearby summit
  if indeed either

  i suspect the latter
as both old alyu & new csmk show every sign of
  following ridge lines

another peculiarity of this peak tho is that the ridge
junction appears possibly to fall slightly below or sw
  of the peak

so here you have at least 3 tripoint location
  probabilities in a cluster

but in any case there is also a common perception or
misperception that the tripoint lies a bit farther
  south of there
& in fact on the next topo sheet
  http://sunsite.berkeley.edu:8085/albania/50k/11-34-78-3.jpg

  & if true
then likely at 2595m kepi bar on mt korab in grid
  square 28x64
  between old alyu markers 3 & 4
where there is another ridge junction

  yikes

& in view of all these various probabilities of alcsmk
any geopositioning guess is all the more speculative
  than usual in this case

but still it is good to see jesper & mile & myself all
appear to be on essentially the same page
as well as far from the madding crowd together
as you can gather from my attached tripoint guess
  sifted from all the above
