no preferences expressed

i mean 
about the cshrhu aka hrhurb vs angola question that
arose last night

well ok then pals

i think i myself will prefer to just smoke hrhurb
first 
if only to salute & check it out & get munchies
but to then continue proceeding to devour the full
angola balogna
followed by argentina
armenia 
etc 
etc
as alphabetically & literally as possible 

granted there will be a few bumps & crises on that
road too
but still 
there is something about being methodical &
comprehensive & deliberate that is very appealing in
any case 
but seems practically indispensable for such an
adventure as this

& moreover we can continue on our merry way
serendipitously as well
with side trips or return visits etc
so long as we clean up the mess as we go 
or in due time anyway

so 
swooping in on the cshrhu hrhurb pushpin just to scope
it out
i see first that it is in a rather smoky or foggy
frame
& then realize that the strangeness of the position
some 6 km east of the danube may well be due to
another surprise google malfunction
or else to the fact that there could still be a
dispute about the position
as jesper originally learned & reported in 2002
as follows

asked. We tried HRHUYU(YU) and ended up 500 meters
from the spot, before we were wanted to go any longer.
Anyway the former Yugoslavian side of the border is
disputed between HR and YU and you could call it a
triline.

& in fact it appears from whal rolf is saying here
below that no fewer than 3 different positions up to 6
km apart were being considered at that time

riverside territory of Karapandza. The territory of
Karapandza has been claimed by both Croatia and
Yugoslavia. Depending on the future owner of the
territory, the Croatian-Hungarian-Yugoslav tripoint
will be either 500 m southwest of the border marker in
the Danube river (this is the more likely option) or 6
km east towards the Yugoslav town of Backi Breg.

which could also explain why the pushpin is 6km from
the danube area
where the 2 positions jesper is referring to above are
situated

& in fact michelin for example is showing 2 different
tripoint positions
one of them at the region level
& the other at the city level
i kid you not

but fortunately i am just smoking this one for now &
not really trying for an exact placement until it
comes up alphabetically
which will give any further clarifications or
mystifications a chance to catch up with us before
proceeding to make a more deliberate guess

& accordingly my attachment in this case is not meant
as a tripoint stretching exercise at all but just to
show the range of the 3 possible positions

but for now
it is off to angola
